Pilgrim’s Landing

We are a not-for profit Interspiritual Life Center working at the intersection of spirituality, education and social justice.  We are dedicated to the universal call to love and heal ourselves, our communities and our planet.

We are a center where your spiritual journey and growth are inspired, supported and encouraged through a wide variety of educational opportunities and meaningful experiences including workshops, retreats, wellness circles, yoga, books circles, meditation groups (to name a few) – all aimed at deepening our life journeys.

We offer year-round educational programming and meaningful experiences for all who are on a journey toward a more peaceful, compassionate and just world.  We seek to build bridges between the gaps that divide us as human beings, foster understanding, and be a beacon of light here on Cape Cod.

We are committed to providing opportunities for learning and growing in community in a safe, open and sacred space for all who enter.

    Morning Meditation

    We will be continuing our weekly meditation groups via Zoom as we explore this different way of gathering and sharing our practice.  Our experience over the last few months reveals that gathering and practicing in this way is very beneficial…helping us to feel more grounded, more connected, and more balanced during this time of great uncertainty and disruption. 

    Please join us as we begin each week freshly, renewing and restoring our balance, and soothing our souls.  We will cultivate greater intimacy with some of the deeper layers of our own experience, and open the door to seeing the beauty that is always here…if we just turn our gaze towards its location, and patiently watch.

    If you are interested in creating a meditation practice and learning more about techniques that soothe overwhelm and help you heal through stress and anxiety, this yoga and meditation program is for you. Kundalini yoga is an ancient technology known for its holistic benefits. During these times we have a unique opportunity to gather as community weekly and explore this inner journey together.     Virtual Forest Bathing Meditation
    Aug 12 @ 7:00 pm – 8:15 pm

    Virtual Forest Bathing is a Nature based meditation practice.  Due to the unique challenges of our times, this offering comes as viable alternative to actually being in a close group setting in the forest.  It is a guided journey along an imaginary Cape Cod trail that will encourage you to slow down and connect with awareness to yourself and the living being of the forest.  It can become a spiritual practice towards understanding that you are a part of a much greater whole, not separate but one with All That Is.

    This kind of a walk can be immensely healing.  Science shows that your immune system is boosted and your heart rate regulated. The deep breathing strengthens your lungs and brings more oxygen into your body.  It invites a sense of inner calm and peace as well as stability and belonging.  All are much needed in these difficult and emotional times.

    Come join us on a journey that can easily inform and transform your relationship to yourself and Nature.  It is also a meditation practice that you can carry with much appreciation and gratitude the next time that you go for a walk on one of the many beautiful trails on Cape Cod or simply sit in your backyard.

The Labyrinth

We are the “Home” of the Chatham Labyrinth, and provide a setting for experiencing the ancient practice of labyrinth walking and meditation through workshops, labyrinth learning labs, and guided labyrinth walks.
