An event every week that begins at 10:00am on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating until December 20, 2019


Learn the many physical and spiritual benefits of Tai-Chi Chuan, a moving meditation that can improve flexibility, coordination, and balance. Practicing Tai-Chi can help build muscle, inner strength, and provide a mind-body connection for stress relief.

With A.Jay Zahn
Our instructor, A.Jay Zahn, is a long-time practitioner and has studied related martial arts, breathing exercises, and meditation.  He will gradually teach us a series of movements that will culminate in learning the beautiful 24 posture Yang form. Tai-Chi is suitable for people of all ages and at all levels of physical conditioning.
