Learn the many physical and spiritual benefits of Tai Chi. A.Jay is a long-time practitioner and has studied related martial arts, breathing exercises, and meditation . He will gradually teach us a series of movements that will culminate in learning the beautiful 24 posture Yang form. Tai Chi is suitable for people at all levels of physical conditioning: the gentle movements require only some ability to maintain balance, and a minimal level of strength.

A.Jay Zahn comes to the Cape from the beautiful Finger Lakes region of N.Y. where his study of Tai Chi began at the age of 23. Now, several decades later, he would like to welcome others to this life-enhancing practice. A.Jay’s creative interests in music and writing have been influenced by Tai Chi and the related philosophy/spirituality embodied in Tao and Yin-Yang perspective.
