Pilgrimage

“In each of us dwells a wanderer, a gypsy, a pilgrim. The purpose here is to call forth that spirit. What matters most on your journey is how deeply you see, how attentively you hear, how richly the encounters are felt in your heart and soul”.

—Phil Cousineau, The Art of Pilgrimage

Guided Pilgrimages

We offer guided pilgrimages for those longing for a sense of togetherness on the journey.  Our most recent pilgrimages have been to Santa Fe, NM, Iona, Scotland, Western Ireland and Chartres, France.

We also offer guided Chatham Pilgrimages in our own backyard here on Cape Cod.  Our deepest hope for pilgrimage, whether near or far,  is that it inspires us towards a place of spiritual deepening, renewal, and refreshment.

What is Pilgrimage?

Pilgrimage suggests the opportunity to become fully present to our lives, wherever we may find ourselves. Pilgrimage asks us to seek out and experience what is sacred to us. It also means to have the courage (the heart) to take risks, explore unknown territories, to have an open heart and open mind, and to discover and deepen our experience of life.

“Unlike mere travel, a pilgrimage is a journey into the landscape of the soul.”
