Virtual Forest Bathing is a Nature based meditation practice. Due to the unique challenges of our times, this offering comes as viable alternative to actually being in a close group setting in the forest. It is a guided journey along an imaginary Cape Cod trail that will encourage you to slow down and connect with awareness to yourself and the living being of the forest. It can become a spiritual practice towards understanding that you are a part of a much greater whole, not separate but one with All That Is.
This kind of a walk can be immensely healing. Science shows that your immune system is boosted and your heart rate regulated. The deep breathing strengthens your lungs and brings more oxygen into your body. It invites a sense of inner calm and peace as well as stability and belonging. All are much needed in these difficult and emotional times.
