The Enneagram of Belonging – A Contemplative Book Circle

December 3, 2020 @ 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm

In this book circle, we will read and explore Christopher Heuertz’s book “The Enneagram of Belonging.” This is a series for those who are familiar with the Enneagram, know their type and would like to more deeply plumb the depths this multifaceted system. The Enneagram is a powerful tool for personal and spiritual growth, and the “The Enneagram of Belonging” can open deeper pathways for self-understanding.

In a contemplative, supportive way, we’ll use “The Enneagram of Belonging” to look more deeply at aspects of the Enneagram introduced in previous Enneagram classes, such as: Childhood wounds, Wings, Paths of integration and disintegration, Holy ideas and fixations, Virtues and passions, and Instincts and subtypes.

The class will meet on 6 Thursdays, October 1, 15, 29, November 12 and December 3 and 17.

The book must be purchased separately either online or at Pilgrim’s Landing. There is also an accompanying workbook available but not required for the class.

Nancy Benben has been a Spiritual Companion and teacher for many years at the Spiritual Life Center in West Hartford, CT.  She has extensive training using the Enneagram and Bio-Spiritual Focusing as tools for spiritual companionship and personal growth.  A graduate of Northwestern University and Hartford Seminary’s Women’s Leadership Institute, Nancy leads workshops and retreats in the Enneagram and Spiritual Companioning.

Once you register for the class, you will be sent a confirmation email from [email protected] (check you spam if you do not receive it), it will contain the Zoom link that you will click to join our Zoom “meeting”. The same Zoom link should be used each week.
