Tai Chi Made Easy
December 6 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm
An event every week that begins at 11:00 am on Friday, repeating until January 25, 2020

Come learn about Tai-Chi and its many physical and spiritual benefits. Also known as “moving meditation,” Tai-Chi can help improve balance, core strength, flexibility, and provide a mind-body connection as a source for stress relief. This class will not focus on learning a particular form or sequence of movements, but will offer experience with the essential elements of Tai-Chi: breathing, basic Tai-Chi stances and postures, and awareness of the life-force called Chi. This class will not require any prior experience or ongoing commitments, and there is no special equipment necessary.
