Join Certified Yoga Teacher and Life Coach, Anjali Budreski for a 4 part, once a month series to go into Autumn Calm, Grounded & Centered. Each Class will include a heart-oriented theme that supports us in honoring the rhythms and cycles of nature. After a grounding centering, we will move into some gentle stretches and then a series of supported yin and restorative poses.
This class is designed to calm the nervous system and bring us into a state of clarity, calm, ease and peace.
No previous yoga experience necessary. We will move slowly and plenty of modifications will be given.

– November 12: Gratitude & Grace
– December 10: The Gifts of Silence &Stillness
