Restorative Yoga for Inner Peace on Zoom

October 8, 2020 @ 4:00 pm – 5:30 pm

Join Certified Yoga Teacher and Life Coach, Anjali Budreski for a 4 part, once a month series to go into Autumn Calm, Grounded & Centered. Each Class will include a heart-oriented theme that supports us in honoring the rhythms and cycles of nature. After a grounding centering, we will move into some gentle stretches and then a series of supported yin and restorative poses.

This class is designed to calm the nervous system and bring us into a state of clarity, calm, ease and peace.

No previous yoga experience necessary. We will move slowly and plenty of modifications will be given.

– September 10 : Thresholds, Transitions,Transformation

– October 8: Release & Letting Go

– November 12: Gratitude & Grace

– December 10: The Gifts of Silence &Stillness

Once you register, you will be sent a confirmation email from [email protected] (check you spam if you do not receive it), it will contain the Zoom link that you will click to join our Zoom “meeting”.
