Qigong/Tai Chi Combination Free Introductory Class on Zoom

Qigong is an ancient system of mind-body exercises originated for the purpose of promoting health and healing by cultivating and circulating the qi which is the internal energy flow. Tai Chi was first developed as a martial art form for self-defense.
Today people practice Qigong and Tai Chi for health and wellness as they both consist of breath awareness, focused concentration and gentle rhythmic movement. This combined Qigong/Tai Chi class may include the Therapeutic Qigong 36 form, Buddhist Qigong Crane form, and Tai Chi elements and mini forms from the Cheng Man-ching Yang Tai Chi style.

A one hour free introductory class will be offered via Zoom.

Pam has taught Yoga and Qigong/Tai Chi classes for all ages from 3 to late 80’s and for all abilities in a variety of settings including hospital wellness center, schools, senior centers, corporate wellness and yoga studios. She has developed and implemented mind/body and wellness programs with positive outcomes for individuals and groups. She has been a Certified yoga teacher for over sixteen years and seven years as a Certified Qigong Teacher.

This class is appropriate for all ages and abilities.
