Nature Based Guided Meditation

An event every week that begins at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, repeating until April 28, 2021
Come join Carol on a journey that can transform your relationship to yourself and Nature. This is a heart centered guided meditation practice that focuses on building awareness through breath and imagery.
This class will awaken an awareness of body, mind and spirit. Connect your feet to soft earth, rooting, grounding, stabilizing from the inside out with breath. Open your heart to being present to life through your body, your organs, your skin, your bones. Learn a meditation practice that you can take with you when you work in your garden, go for a walk in the wood, or on a beach or simply sit in your backyard.
Carol Marcy is a certified meditation teacher having studied for over twenty years at the Washington Center for Consciousness Studies in D.C. She was leading Forest Bathing Walks as a meditation practice on Cape Cod until the practice shifted to a virtual experience.
