We will be continuing our weekly meditation groups via Zoom as we explore this different way of gathering and sharing our practice. Our experience over the last few months reveals that gathering and practicing in this way is very beneficial…helping us to feel more grounded, more connected, and more balanced during this time of great uncertainty and disruption.
Please join us as we begin each week freshly, renewing and restoring our balance, and soothing our souls. We will cultivate greater intimacy with some of the deeper layers of our own experience, and open the door to seeing the beauty that is always here…if we just turn our gaze towards its location, and patiently watch.
Once you register for the weekly meditation, you will be sent a confirmation email from [email protected](check you spam if you do not receive it), it will contain the Zoom link that you will click to join our Zoom “meeting”. You can create a Zoom account and download the necessary software at www.zoom.us. The same Zoom link should be used each week.
