Morning Meditation

For the months of April and May (andperhaps beyond), we will use some of the miracles of our technological age tocome together. Our aim is to come more fully into Now, to gather ourselves, andto recall the community connections that persist despite the disruptions ofsocial distancing.

We will renew and refresh. We willsoothe our souls. We will cultivate greater intimacy with some of the deeperlayers of our own experience, and open the door to seeing the beauty that isalways here; meditation helps direct our gaze in the direction where we mightglimpse this beauty.  Please join us.

Once you register for the weeklymeditation, you will be sent a confirmation email from [email protected](check you spam if you do not receive it), it will contain the Zoom link thatyou will click to join our Zoom “meeting”. You can create a Zoomaccount and download the necessary software at www.zoom.us. The same Zoom linkshould be used each week.

Rich Hunt is a long time meditator,and has been a student of the Diamond Approach for the past 25 years. He isalso a retired psychologist. He has been leading meditation groups at Pilgrim’sLanding for 3 years.
