Meditation for Everyone (Weekly Group)
April 30 @ 6:30 pm - 7:45 pm
An event every week that begins at 6:30pm on Tuesday, repeating until May 21, 2019
Whether you have an established practice or have never meditated, this weekly group offers an opportunity to (joyfully) gather with others and discover aspects of your own experience that are already present, but which may have gone unnoticed.
Each evening will include at least one meditation that offers guidance/instruction, which is useful for beginners and helpful in establishing greater concentration for experienced practitioners. And each evening will also include at least one meditation that is mostly silent, offering everyone an opportunity to establish greater mindfulness and to begin to practice with your own mind, as it is.
Some evenings will also provide the opportunity to practice walking meditation.
While we hope that many people will make this a regular part of their week, each week stands on its own and drop-ins are welcome. Come as you are, whenever you can!
