Our Summer Book selection is
The Book of Joy: Lasting Happiness in a Changing World
by Dalai Lama, Desmond Tutu, et al.
You will need to purchase this book on your own.

This is the first time we will be meeting in person and on Zoom. If you plan to attend in person, please check the box on your registration that confirms that you are vaccinated. Anne and Dawn will be leading in person.

Our time together each week begins with 20 minutes of meditation followed by reflection and discussion of a section in the selected book of the season. Each section stands on its own, and all are welcome to join any time.

Once you register for the weekly Meditation and Book Group, you will be sent a confirmation email from [email protected] (check you spam if you do not receive it), it will contain the Zoom link that you can click to join our Zoom “meeting”. The same Zoom link should be used each week by those Zooming in and can be used by those deciding to Zoom in if that works best that week.
