Kundalini Yoga with Sarah Brassard

Join us for a special 10-week summer practice, perfect for both beginner and experienced yogis and meditators.
Some types of yoga are structured as a physical workout. Others lean toward meditation. Kundalini Yoga is the best of both of those worlds. With a strong focus on mantra and breathing techniques, each class is composed of a specific set of exercises that generate energy and organize that energy.
Kundalini yoga is often referred to as the yoga of awakening. The practice sheds light on self-imposed limitations, inviting you to think out of your comfort zone, access your intuitive mind, and live in that place of wisdom.
The 10-week program will offer you the chance to:
*Experience meditation and bring the simple practice into your everyday life
*Heal and awaken through sound therapy- Gong baths each session
*Learn the healing effects of specific kriyas (groups of exercises)
*Experience deep mantra and how it opens us in profound and unexpected ways

For the last twenty-five years, Sarah Brassard has been guiding women from a place of struggle to one of grace, peace, and ease through her signature process of sacred self-care.
As a spiritual guide, she helps people reacquaint themselves with the peace inside. Once a safe inner environment has been established they return to themselves with a willingness to observe the experiences that have kept them stuck. Before long, with this new viewpoint – that of gentle compassion, their awareness begins to change.
She is the author of Inside: A Guide to the Resources Within published in 2018. The book details the self-care practices that sparked Sarah’s healing journey and inspired her work in helping women move from trauma to transformation.
