Consulting the I Ching (Book of Changes) in times of uncertainty:
The oldest of four ancient Chinese literary classics, the Book of Changes has been used for divination since 1000 BC and remains a globally valued resource, though is nature and use are not widely known. Its 64 images each indicate a particular stage of the cyclical process of change.
We’ll learn, in an intro/review and 4 additional sessions, how to relinquish ego dominance, to respectfully approach and discern for personal and shared use fitting conduct in times where something important is at stake and more.
The I Ching book by Wilhelm Baynes is our first choice but other I Ching authors are acceptable. During these times, we ask that you please order the book on your own.
Margot Estabrook Stienstra, international educator, Jungian analyst and psychotherapist, is a part-time resident of the Lower Cape; and given previous show of interest in 2016, offers this workshop once again this time from lockdown in Switzerland- to her home community.
Once you register for the weekly I Ching, you will be sent a confirmation email from [email protected] (check you spam if you do not receive it), it will contain the Zoom link that you will click to join our Zoom “meeting”. The same Zoom link should be used each week.
