Hatha Yoga on the Labyrinth – June 8

$70 / 5 week series
$17 / single class fee, $15 / single class member fee

Preregistration is required by 5pm on the Monday before
the class a single class participant

This yoga class is for both the beginner student as well as experienced practitioner who seek a mindful movement practice. Through yoga postures and flows, breath awareness and deep relaxation, participants will cultivate awareness and learn various tools from the ancient wisdom of Yoga for self care. Yoga is an embodied practice that helps us to remember our true nature and wholeness.
Students will need to bring their own mat and props. A beach towel may also be useful to place under the mat.
We also want to mention that the class is being offered outdoors at the sacred labyrinth in Chatham. With everyone’s safety in mind we ask that participants practice social distancing and wear a mask upon entering and leaving. However with plenty of fresh air and adequate spacing, masks are optional once class has started.
Pam Vlahakis has taught Yoga and Qigong/Tai Chi classes for all ages from 3 to late 80’s and for all abilities in a variety of settings including hospital wellness center, schools, senior centers, corporate wellness and yoga studios. She has developed and implemented mind/body and wellness programs with positive outcomes for individuals and groups. She has been a Certified yoga teacher for over 19 years and 10 years as a Certified Qigong Teacher.
