SoulCollage® is a gentle, playful and often joyful way of exploring your life and your deep self.  Using images, individuals create their own unique deck of cards, where each card represents a different aspect of themselves. There is a deeper level of knowing that is accessed through images.

“The image is a midwife that allows inner experience to be birthed into conscious expression.” — Matthew Fox

What is Restorative Yoga?

Restorative Yoga is a practice that uses blankets, blocks, bolsters, and other props to support your body in passive, relaxing yoga postures. Staying in these restful poses for ten to twenty minutes each allows you to observe and learn your mind/body’s process of unwinding while providing your body a unique opportunity to renew and heal.

What is Yoga Nidra?

Yoga nidra or yogic sleep is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, like the “going-to-sleep” stage, typically induced by a guided meditation. Yoga nidra is generally practiced lying down so you can let go completely. Props, pillows and blankets are commonly used, as well as anything that will help you get into a totally comfortable, restful position. A typical yoga nidra practice is highly guided, and takes your attention to specific places through a series of steps. There is evidence that yoga nidra helps to relieve stress.

What is labyrinth walking?

Labyrinth walking is an ancient practice used by many different faiths for spiritual centering, contemplation, and prayer. Entering the serpentine path of a labyrinth, you walk slowly while quieting your mind and focusing on a spiritual question or prayer. Labyrinths are geometrical patterns used for walking or tracing, as a tool to assist the consciousness. They have been in existence for thousands of years. No one knows for certain when or where they first originated. They have been used by different cultures and mystical and religious traditions worldwide.

What is sound healing?

Sound Healing is a form of Vibrational Medicine and is based on the scientific principles that all matter, and most importantly, the cells in your body, vibrate to a precise frequency when healthy and to a dissonant frequency when in dis-ease. Resonant vibration, rhythms and tones can balance brain hemispheres, stress levels, and even tension in body tissues and cells that have fallen into dis-ease or dis-harmony. The use of tuned, deep-vibration instruments such as crystal bowls during healing and meditation can balance these dissonant frequencies and bring them back into harmony.
