Our fall book selection is 8 Habits of Love: Overcome Fear and Transform Your Life by Ed Bacon.
Explore a simple winter practice of meditation and meaningful conversation. Our time together each week begins with 20 minutes of meditation followed by reflection and discussion of a section in the selected book of the season. Each section stands on its own, and walk-ins are welcome.
