An event every week that begins at 8:30am on Thursday, repeating until June 21, 2018

Our spring book selection is “Faith: Trusting Your Own Deepest Experience” by bestselling author Sharon Salzberg.

In this beautifully written work, one of America’s most beloved meditation teachers offers discerning wisdom on understanding faith as a healing quality. Through the teachings of Buddha and insight gained from her lifelong spiritual quest, Salzberg provides us with a roadmap for cultivating a feeling of peace that can be practiced by anyone of any tradition.

Our time together each week begins with 20 minutes of meditation followed by reflection and discussion of a section in the selected book of the season. Each section stands on its own, and walk-ins are welcome.
