Relieve stress, slow down and tune into your body with restorative yoga this summer. Classes use props to support your body in different restful poses while focusing on the connection between mind, body and breath.
Carin teaches a yoga practice specific to your needs, aptitudes, and health which emphasizes building strength, flexibility, balance, and form through the flow of breath. The synchronization of breath and movement brings ease and openness to the body and calm and stability to the mind. Mindfulness in motion and in practice is encouraged and strengthened.
